El Segundo, CA- November 30, 2001 - R.E.D. - Representing
Entertainers & Developers, announced it has brokered a multi-SKU
deal between an as-yet to be announced client and Vivendi
Universal Interactive, to develop an action/adventure game
based on the Marvel Comics superhero The Incredible Hulk
and tied into the scheduled Summer 2003 major motion picture
based on the same character. The game will be published for
Sony PlayStation 2, Microsoft Xbox and Nintendo GameCube.
"Our client is a committed, creative group of developers,
and we're glad we could match them with a project to challenge
their abilities. We know they'll deliver an outstanding game,"
said R.E.D.'s Jeff Brunner.
"Games, movies and comics are increasingly inter-related
entertainment mediums," said Brunner. "We are excited about
brokering a deal that will bring this superhero, who is a
cultural icon, to next-generation consoles everywhere."
